Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Auntie’s House Staycation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Where Y’all At Though?! (“WYAT?!”), , 10900 Research Blvd 160c-1544, Austin, Texas 78759, United States (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is presented in collaboration with Music Austin, with lodging provided by Placemakr Downtown Austin.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of WYAT?! and any organizations directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes or selecting the winner are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 19, 2026 at 9:00PM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on November 1, 2026 at 12:00PM CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must complete the official Sweepstakes entry process as described on the Sweepstakes entry page and/or WYAT?! promotional materials during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise expressly stated in the official entry form.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an Auntie’s House Staycation Package consisting of:

  • One (1) complimentary one-night stay at Placemakr in Downtown Austin, redeemable for either November 14, 2026 or November 15, 2026, subject to availability and the property’s applicable reservation and guest policies;

  • Two (2) tickets to A Big Ol’ Cousin Kickback/Auntie’s House on November 15, 2026;

  • One (1) $100 tab for eligible purchases during Auntie’s House; and

  • A WYAT?! merchandise for the winner.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the complete prize package: $500.00.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.

The winner is responsible for transportation to and from Austin and the hotel/event, parking, meals, incidental hotel charges, gratuities, taxes, and any other expenses not expressly included above.

Hotel check-in requirements, including identification, age requirements, credit/debit card authorization for incidentals, security deposits, and other property policies, remain applicable to the winner.

The winner must select either November 14 or November 15, 2026 for the hotel stay, subject to availability and confirmation.

If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is expected to take place on or about November 1, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry, which may include email, telephone, text message, and/or direct message.

The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility and complete any reasonable prize acceptance, eligibility, liability, tax, or publicity documentation required by Sponsor.

If the potential winner:

  • Does not respond within 48 hours;

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Is determined to be ineligible;

  • Declines the prize; or

  • Fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to publicly announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, social media handle, and/or likeness in connection with announcing and documenting the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.

Any broader use of the winner’s image, testimonial, interview, or other content will be subject to any additional permissions required by applicable law.

9. Privacy & GDPR Notice

WYAT?! will collect and process personal information necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, which may include an entrant’s name, email address, telephone number, date or confirmation of age, social media information, and other information voluntarily submitted through the entry form.

This information will be used to:

  • Process and validate Sweepstakes entries;

  • Administer the random drawing;

  • Contact and verify the potential winner;

  • Award and fulfill the prize;

  • Prevent fraud or misuse; and

  • Satisfy applicable legal, tax, or recordkeeping requirements.

Personal information collected specifically for the Sweepstakes will not automatically be used to enroll entrants in WYAT?! marketing communications.

Where WYAT?! offers entrants the option to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or other marketing communications, that consent will be requested separately and affirmatively. Choosing not to consent to marketing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

Entrants who separately consent to marketing may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting WYAT?! at yo@whereyallatthough.com.

WYAT?! will retain Sweepstakes-related personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, fulfill the prize, resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with WYAT?!’s applicable retention practices.

Personal information may be shared with service providers and partners only to the extent reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize, including providers responsible for the entry platform, communications, event ticketing, hotel accommodations, and prize fulfillment. Such information will not be sold as a condition of entry.

Where applicable under the GDPR or other data protection laws, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent.

Where GDPR applies, individuals may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

10. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

  • Tampered with or attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process;

  • Submitted false or misleading information;

  • Used automated or fraudulent methods to enter;

  • Violated these Official Rules; or

  • Engaged in conduct intended to unfairly interfere with the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor, Music Austin, Placemakr, participating partners, prize providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be responsible for losses, damages, claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer or data protection law.

12. Social Media Platform Release

This Sweepstakes may be promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and/or other social media platforms.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to WYAT?! and not to these social media platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube from claims arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is promoted or administered through YouTube, entries and participation must also comply with the applicable YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that violate those guidelines may be disqualified.

13. Taxes

Any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner where applicable. Sponsor may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax-reporting requirements.

14. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision deprives an entrant of mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply in their jurisdiction.

15. Acceptance of Official Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements.

Sponsor’s administration of the Sweepstakes and winner selection will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
